These terms govern your use of QueryFlow, a macOS application published by yforest LLC ("we," "us," "yforest"). By downloading, installing, or using QueryFlow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use QueryFlow on Mac devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement and these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app.
QueryFlow offers Studio and Pipelines subscription tiers, billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store — we never see or store your payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings; refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies, not by us directly.
New subscribers get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, app features requiring a subscription stop working. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
You're responsible for keeping your Mac and Apple ID secure. QueryFlow stores your database credentials in the macOS Keychain and other configuration locally on your Mac — you're responsible for backing up your own data and pipeline configurations. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
Don't use QueryFlow to access data or systems you're not authorized to access, to violate any law, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app or its infrastructure.
QueryFlow's Claude AI feature connects directly to Anthropic using your own API key, and is subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy policy. Data Sync destinations (S3, Snowflake, Salesforce, and others) are third-party services subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service.
QueryFlow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that pipelines will run on any particular schedule, especially if your Mac is asleep, powered off, or offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yforest LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of QueryFlow, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to QueryFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to QueryFlow if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QueryFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
