All connections, credentials, saved queries, and job configurations are stored locally on your Mac. The application does not transmit your data to any external servers, with one exception: the Claude AI feature described below, which is optional and off by default.
When you activate the Claude panel, SQL context — schema information and query text needed to answer your question — is sent to Anthropic using your own personal API key. This is a direct connection from your Mac to Anthropic; QueryFlow does not see or store this traffic. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle it.
QueryFlow uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous, privacy-first analytics inside the app. It collects only anonymous feature usage counts (which screens are opened, which features are used) to help us improve the app — no queries, no schema, no personal data.
getqueryflow.com uses Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled to understand traffic to this site, and Crisp for the live chat widget in the corner of the page. Both are standard third-party tools with their own privacy policies; neither has access to anything inside the QueryFlow app.
All subscriptions are billed and processed by Apple through the Mac App Store. We never see or store your payment details — that's handled entirely by Apple under their own privacy policy.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be called out in the app's release notes.
